Rapid Refinance, Rapid Refi and Rapidrefi.co.uk are marketing brands operated by Vidvi (vidvifinanceuk.com). Vidvi is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vidvi trading as Rapid Refinance.

We may collect the following information:

• Your name, work email address, phone number and the business you represent.
• Financial information relevant to your refinance review — for example existing facility balances, monthly repayments, lender names and time remaining on each facility.
• Documents you choose to share, such as bank statements or company accounts.
• Technical data including IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

We use your personal data to:

• Carry out your refinance review and match you with suitable lenders.
• Contact you about your enquiry and any written shortlist we produce.
• Improve our website, services and customer communications.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and anti-fraud obligations.

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: consent when you submit an enquiry, legitimate interests in operating a commercial finance brokerage and improving our service, and legal obligation where required by law.

We share your data only with:

• Lenders from our panel who may be able to provide the facility you have asked us to source.
